Alberta Advisory Map
In Alberta, a BWA was issued to a portion of one street in Red Deer due to a water leak. A First Nation BWA was issued to
Blood St. Paul's Public Water System, while previously issued FN BWAs were lifted for Sucker Creek and Tsuutina Spirit Healing Lodge.
British Columbia Advisory Map
In British Columbia, a blue green algae (cyanobacteria bloom) advisory has been issued to Thetis Lake Regional Park
by CRD (Capital Regional District). A BWN was issued by Interior Health to South East Kelowna Irrigation District due to distribution
system integrity failure. The advisory is limited to part of the water system.
Ontario Advisory Map
In Ontario, a previously issued BWA in Opasatika was rescinded by Porcupine Health. A previously issued First Nation BWA to
Whitesand PWS was lifted. A previously issued First Nation BWA to Sachigo Lake was transferred from short term to long term advisory
(effective Oct 19th).
Québec Advisory Map
In Québec, BWAs were issued to the Royal Bromont sector in Bromont, due to repair or maintenance work, several streets
in Saint-Constant, reason not stated, in the Saint-Janvier sector of Mirabel due to an aqueduct break, and to several streets in
Saint-Lazare due to public works. A Government-issued BWA is in effect at Les Quatres Feuilles (restaurant) in Rougement, the reason
for which was not stated. In Montréal, a BWA was issued in the borough of CDN/NDG.
Saskatchewan Advisory Map
In Saskatchewan, an EBWO (Emergency Boil Water Order) was issued (in October) by Saskatoon Regional Health to Country Style
BBQ, due to both Total Coliform and E. Coli contamination, and inadequate disinfection monitoring. A First Nation BWA was issued the
The Key Public Water System, reason not stated.
Manitoba Advisory Map
In Manitoba, previously issued First Nation public system BWAs were rescinded for Dakota Plains, Dakota Tipi, Dauphin River,
Lake St Martin, Long Plain, Sayisi Dene Tadoule Lake, War Lake.
