Saskatchewan Advisory Map

In Saskatchewan, PDWAs were issued to a portion of the Town of Choiceland due to depressurization required to conduct watermain repairs, Village of Drake due to distribution system depressurization resulting from a watermain break, Town of Birch Hills due to unacceptable turbidity or particle counts in the treated water, Town of Eatonia due to a line break or pressure loss in the distribution system, Sunset View Beach Waterworks due to a line repair, a portion of the Town of Turtleford due to a line break or pressure loss in the distribution system. A previously issued PDWA to the Hamlet of Jackfish Lake was lifted. First Nation BWAs were issued to Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation-Deschambault Lake Public Water System, and to Saulteaux First Nation-Birch Lake PWS.

Québec Advisory Map

In Québec, previously issued BWAs in Rouyn-Noranda and Baie-Comeau were lifted.

In July 2018, an outbreak of gastrointestinal illness prompted the Provincial Government to issue a BWA to the Municipality of Saint-Bernard. Over 300 users of the municipal drinking water system fell ill. Investigation of the entire distribution network followed, but unfortunately the results were inconclusive as it was not possible to state with any degree of certainty, the origin of the contamination. Today, over a year and a half later, the BWA is still in effect for Saint-Bernard residents and it is not known when the water will again be safe to drink.

Nova Scotia Advisory Map

In Nova Scotia, in Dingwall, a precautionary Boil Order was issued by the Victoria County Water Utility, due to low water levels in the tower following heavy demand on the supply in order to extinguish a fire which in turn, resulted in elevated turbidity.

British Columbia Advisory Map

In British Columbia, a BWN was issued by Interior Health to Paul Lake Waterworks due to water treatment equipment failure.

Newfoundland and Labrador Advisory Map

In Newfoundland and Labrador, a BWA was issued to Centreville-Wareham-Trinity, Southwest Feeder Pond due to the distribution system undergoing maintenance or repair.

Manitoba Advisory Map

In Manitoba, a First Nation BWA was issued to Northlands Dene Public Water System, reason not stated.
