Update issued January 6 stating that the BWA issued December 20, 2022 remains in effect for the Bernard Road area due to low water pressure, affecting 35 homes.
Significant upgrades, to ensure reliable access to safe and clean drinking water throughout the community, are currently underway.
The plans include the installation of booster pumps and upgrades to the water treatment plant. The project not only aims to resolve the current issues with the distribution system but to also provide long-term, meet the communitys growing needs.
BWA was in effect April 22, 2024 to May 3, 2024 for fire hydrant maintenance.
BWA issued May 6, 2024, affecting the Central to West End area. On July 17, 2024 this Advisory was revised to include the entire Nation due to planned water system maintenance. This advisory was expected to last one week.
BWA was in effect May 13, 2024 to November 25, 2024 from Kristiens Salon to BurntWoods due to the replacement of laterals.
