Drinking Water Officer considers that there is, was or may be a threat to the drinking water provided by the water supply system.
The Officer has received information that a WorkSafe BC Order concerning confined space issues, that has or will prohibit access equipment and infrastructure that is vital to the safe operation of the water supply system. 
The Officer has reason to believe that the water supply system is or will be operating without a certified operator.
