Durham Region Health Dept has
 been advised by Ontario
 Ministry of the Environment,
 Conservation and Parks
 of the presence of blue-green
 algae in water samples taken
 from the Lakeview Beach East
 area of Lake Ontario in
 Oshawa; however, the level
 of blue-green algae detected
 does not indicate an algal
 bloom in the water. Tests
 being conducted.
