Québec Advisory Map
In Québec, a BWA is in effect in Farnham due to an aqueduct break at the filtration plant. In Sainte-Catherine, water was interrupted to several addresses due to work on the aqueduct
network; when water is restored a preventive BWA will be in effect. In Sainte-Geneviève-de-Berthier a BWA was issued to a number of addresses due to low water pressure. In Laval 3 limited
boil advisories were issued, reasons not provided. A preventive BWA is in effect for 2 streets in Saint-Lambert in connection with Rehabilitation of Riverside (phase 7). In Rouyn-Noranda, 2 limited
BWAs were issued, reasons not stated. A Provincial Government-issued BWA is in effect for F.B.U. Canada (Hatley), reason not provided. In Mirabel, a previously issued BWA was lifted in the Saint-Janvier
sector, while 2 new BWAs were since issued, one in the Saint-Antoine sector, and the other, in the Saint-Augustin sector.
New Brunswick Advisory Map
In New Brunswick, 2 Boil Orders were issued to the Department of Transportation & Infrastructure Water System, one in Canterbury due to a watermain break and subsequent loss of pressure
in the distribution system, and the other, in Harvey due to pump malfunction and subsequent system pressure loss.
British Columbia Advisory Map
In British Columbia, Northern Health issued a WQA to Prince Rupert CWS due to recent high rainfall having led to increased turbidity in Shawatlan Lake (the source water). Interior Health
issued a BWN to Paul Lake Waterworks due to water treatment equipment failure. The City of West Kelowna will be issuing a new precautionary BWN for the Lakeview/Rose Valley Water System, effective Nov 5.
Saskatchewan Advisory Map
In Saskatchewan, PDWAs were issued to a portion of Big River due to line repairs, Chamberlain Waterworks due to line break or pressure loss, an isolated area of the Town of Cut Knife due to
line repair, portion of Langham due to treatment or distribution equipment damage or failure, an isolated part of the Town of Maidstone due to a line break.
Ontario Advisory Map
In Ontario, a BWA was issued by the Town of Smooth Rock Falls, applying to a very limited number of addresses, reason not stated.
Manitoba Advisory Map
In Manitoba, a BWA was issued to De Salaberry District Health Centre, semi-public water system; the advisory cause was not stated however it is categorized as short term. Previously issued BWAs
were lifted in Pipestone (Wallace Regional) and Camperville.
