Newfoundland and Labrador Advisory Map

In Newfoundland and Labrador, a BWA was issued to South River-Brigus Long Pond as inadequately treated water was introduced into the system due to fire flows, flushing operations, interconnections, minor power outage or other pressure loss. BWAs due to distribution systems undergoing maintenance or repair were issued to Leading Tickles-Cooks Pond, and to Port Saunders-Tom Taylors Pond. A Boil Order was issued to the Town of Wabush (Labrador) the reason for which was not stated.


Ontario Advisory Map

In Ontario, a Precautionary Boil Water Advisory was issued to users of the Whip-poor-will Water System in the Town of Tiny following water interruption for pumpstation upgrades. A Blue-green algae (cyanobacteria bloom) advisory was confirmed (in October) by MECP (Ministry Environment, Conservation, Parks) for the north end of Maclean Lake in Severn Township; this advisory was reported by Simcoe-Muskoka DHU.


Québec Advisory Map

In Québec, preventive BWAs were issued in the Cap-de-la-Madeleine Sector of Trois-Rivières due to network maintenance or repair, and to one street in Saint-Jérôme, reason not stated. Previously issued BWAs were lifted in Saint-Lazare and Danville. In Montmagny, advance notice of a BWA was issued; the advisory will be in effect Nov 21 due to inspection and maintenance at the municipal water treatment plant. Two preventive BWAs were issued in the Montréal boroughs of Plateau-Mt-Royal and Villeray- Saint-Michel-Parc-Extension.


Manitoba Advisory Map

In Manitoba, a Precautionary BWA was issued to users and residents located north of the Railway tracks in the community of Gladstone, due to renewal connections and scheduled curb repairs; the advisory was issued by the Municipality of Westlake-Gladstone. A BWA was issued to St Pierre Jolys Recreation Centre - food handling service with year round operations, semi-public water system, reason not stated; the advisory is categorized as short term.


Saskatchewan Advisory Map

In Saskatchewan, a PDWA was issued to the Village of Buena Vista treated water supply due to depressurization.


Alberta Advisory Map

In Alberta, 2 limited BWAs were issued in Red Deer, both due to water leaks.
