DNC October 22. After the Town issued a Water Conservation Notice October 17, water consumption by the community increased over the weekend compromising the treatment process of the Towns groundwater supply. Drinking Water Quality continued to deteriorate this week as the aquifer water level approached critical. October 21 a Water Quality Advisory was issued 24 hrs prior to the start of transitioning from their primary water source to the old aquifer where historical data identifies ARSENIC levels in exceedance of the Maximum Allowable Concentration.
