SIX ACRE – WQA issued January 27 due to System construction not being in compliance with the Water Sustainability Act (WSA) and the Groundwater Protection Regulation (GWPR), in order to meet the Drinking Water Treatment Objectives, 2 types of treatment are required. The water source is from a shallow well and deemed as Ground Water at Risk of Containing Pathogens (GARP), installation of a secondary treatment is required to lift the Advisory.
