SCHREIBER MUNICIPAL WS – BWA Remains in effect May 15, 2026 as high turbidity levels in Cooks Lake resulting from the spring thaw created problems at the water treatment plant. Mechanical and programming issues also contributed to the situation, including a malfunction that caused all filters to enter backwash mode at the same time. This advisory was issued April 30, 2026.
