Update Nov 19/19:
WQA is now officially in 
effect to all Greater Vernon
customers. Issued by RDNO.
11/19/19.

A leak was discovered in the 
pipe carrying water from the
 Duteau Creek Ultraviolet 
(UV) Disinfection facility
 resulting in The UV portion
 of water treatment being 
temporarily turned off for repairs. Although a WQA is
not officially issued, RDNO
suggests boiling water as
an extra precautionary
measure for infants and those
with compromised immune
systems.
