BWN: Issued due to the presence of total coliforms. Sample submissions have been sporadic making a proper risk assessment, without contact with the operator, difficult. Previous samples, on record, not submitted since 2019. NHA

18/NOV/2020 - KITWANGA AMBULANCE STATION
DNC - Northern Health has received a water quality complaint regarding this water system. A full chemical analysis of the water has not been conducted since 2011 and the last bacteriological water result was received in August 2020. Without recent sampling data, it cannot be determined, with confidence, that the system is distributing potable water. NHA

08/AUG/2011 - MOUNTAINVIEW PROPERTY OWNERs ASSOCIATION WATER SYSTEM
BWN: The actual deficiency has not been determined as there are multiple corrective actions remaining that could be causing the adverse sample results. Concerns are likely related to the lack of treatment and/or the age of the current reservoir being used for storage. NHA
