WATER ADVISORY WRAP-UP

Nova Scotia Advisory Map
In Nova Scotia, Boil Water Advisories (BWAs) were issued to Around the Bend Restaurant (Digby County), Oldfield Elementary
School (HRM), Ellershouse General Store (Hants), Huntington Hayes Recreational Facility (Kings), KC Restaurant-Big Red's (Lunenburg).
Previously issued BWAs were rescinded to South Colchester Academy, Tantallon Pizza, Whale Creek Campside, West Hants Middle School,
Grand Etang Community Water Assn, Lutheran Camp Mush-a-Mush, Belle View Restaurant, Western Kings Arena, Ritchies Pizza, Bay
St. Lawrence Community Centre.
Newfoundland Advisory Map
In Newfoundland, a water outage and precautionary boil water advisory are occurring today in a portion of the City of Corner Brook
due to Capital Works improvements to the water distribution system. BWAs were also issued to a portion of Happy Valley-Goose Bay due
to emergency repairs to the main water line that feeds the area, and to a portion of Placentia due to Total coliforms having been detected
and confirmed in a repeat sample.
Saskatchewan Advisory Map
In Saskatchewan, PDWAs (Precautionary Drinking Water Advisories) were issued to the Village of Albertville due to high turbidity
of the treated water, and to a limited area in the Village of Dysart due to replacement of the water main.
British Columbia Advisory Map
In British Columbia, a BWN (Boil Water Notice) was issued to Jennens Rd Water System (Okanagan) due to unacceptable water quality results (microbiological).
Québec Advisory Map
In Québec, a BWA was issued to Domaine Pineault in Sainte-Sophie (Laurentides), the reason for which was not stated. A
short-term BWA was issued to the Algonquine/Abitibiwinni First Nation, PIK Public Water System. A partial BWA was issued in the town
of Baie-Saint-Paul (lower north shore) due to an aqueduct break. A previously issued BWA in the town of Fermont was lifted.
New Brunswick Advisory Map
In New Brunswick, a Boil Water Order was issued in Bouctouche due to pressure loss in the distribution system.
Ontario Advisory Map
In Ontario, previously issued First Nation BWAs to Curve lake First Nation, Naicatchewenin FN and Six Nations of the Grand River
were all rescinded. A BWA was issued to Kashechewan FN, Public Water System.
Alberta Advisory Map
In Alberta, 2 previously issued First Nation BWAs to Blood FN, Standoff Public Water System, have been rescinded.
