Québec Advisory Map
In Québec, BWAs were issued to the West Sector of Sainte-Adèle due to water interruption for repairs to the
underground infrastructure, Village of Saint-Michel-des-Saints due to depressurization in the system, and to a portion of one
street in Saint-Eustache, reason not stated. Advance notice of a preventive BWA was issued in Châteauguay; the advisory,
effective May 11, applies to the entire territory plus surrounding areas served by the municipal water system, and was issued
due to planned work on the water treatment system. In the Montréal borough of Lachine, a water outage was scheduled today
due to a broken water main, however no drinking water advisory was issued. A previously issued BWA was lifted in Trois-Rivières.
In Saint-Joseph-de-Beauce, water will be interrupted to one street tomorrow in order to repair a water leak. The residents have
been advised that after the work is complete, the drinking water may be discolored or there might be a lack of pressure, and to
simply run the cold water in order to eliminate the problems. No drinking water advisory has yet been issued however the municipality
has stated they will only know the severity of the leak tomorrow and will issue an advisory if necessary.
Saskatchewan Advisory Map
In Saskatchewan, PDWAs due to seasonal water system start-ups were issued to Douglas Provincial Park (effective May 11),
and Moose Mountain Provincial Park. PDWAs were also issued to one block in the Town of Carnduff due to a water main break,
two blocks in the Town of Kerrobert due to water service connection repairs causing depressurization, Resort Village of
Manitou Beach due to a power outage resulting in system pressure loss, Village of Simpson also due to a power outage resulting
in system pressure loss, Village of Wiseton due to a line break or pressure loss in the distribution system, Watrous South Rural
Pipeline due to a power outage. The Town of Kindersley issued a limited BWA due to a water leak.
New Brunswick Advisory Map
In New Brunswick, the Town of Shediac issued a Boil Water Advisory due to a water main break. The advisory applies
to several streets.
British Columbia Advisory Map
In British Columbia, a WQA was issued by the Regional District Central Okanagan, to the small Star Place Water System due
to increased turbidity as a result of spring runoff in the system source water.
Newfoundland and Labrador Advisory Map
In Newfoundland and Labrador, a BWA was issued to Keels-Bolands Pond due to the distribution system undergoing maintenance
or repairs. A previously issued BWA to St Anthony Pond was rescinded.
